Refund credit requests not being credited

Hi,

I’m contacting you because I’m experiencing a recurring issue with the refund/credits system on Flatlogic.

In my project, I have many generations where the produced code is poorly interpreted and/or poorly executed, which forces me to request a refund to recover the corresponding credits. The problem is that I have submitted around ten refund requests, and to date I have received none of the credits back.

I would like to know: - whether there is currently a known bug affecting the refund mechanism, - whether my requests are actually being processed on your side (real status), - and, above all, how to unblock the situation so that the credits are effectively credited back.

I can provide the necessary information (project ID, refund dates, screenshots, transaction references / logs) if you tell me exactly what you need to verify.

Please let me know quickly what is happening and the steps to get this corrected.

Kind regards.

Hi Jane, Thank you for the detailed report.

I've checked your account and can confirm that AI-request refunds are being processed and credited successfully.

Let me clarify how this works: - AI request refunds are processed immediately in-app (there is no pending/manual queue for these credits). - A request is refundable only within 24 hours of the original AI charge. - Maximum refundable requests: 50 per 30 days. - An active paid subscription is required at refund time.

In your case, we currently see 26 AI charges still within the refundable window, older charges are outside the 24-hour window and are not eligible anymore.

If you want, send me the specific transaction IDs you expected to be refunded, and I will verify each one with the exact eligibility reason.

I will duplicate my answer on your email with credits details as well.

Thank you.
