Problem with subscription ?

Hi, I signed up for a one-month (25 credits) subscription to try it out. I wanted to upgrade to an annual subscription, but I can only upgrade my current monthly plan. So I can't choose the annual option.

Do I have to cancel my subscription and sign up again? Or is this just a bug?

I ran some tests and canceled my monthly cancellation. Now I can't reactivate it. Is there a problem with the site? Are some features missing? Is this normal?
