I can't open my old app.

I am Tier 4. When I try to open my old app, it says, "We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information." For example link, https://flatlogic.com/projects/31699

When I try to create a new app, sometime is also error like above.

Please Help. Thanks.
