How do discount codes work?
If you have a discount code available for our products, you can add it to the checkout process. There are two options where you can add the promo code.
If you are trying to buy the product through a shopping cart please paste the code here:
If you are trying to buy the template through a ‘buy in one click’ option, please paste the promo code in the following section:
When you use a discount code you will receive a discount on the product or products you purchase.
Please note some of our discount codes may have an expiration date, like the discount codes which you receive when you are trying to download a free template. The promo code and message in such a case will look like this: FLATLOGIC5010 – You have time to apply this promo code until 2021-05-02.
Ways on how to buy a template
Add to Cart or Buy in 1 click
If you’re after only one item, simply choose the ‘Buy Now’ option on the item page. This will take you directly to the modal form where you need to leave your email, apply the discount code, add the back end and choose the GitHub subscription. Then you will be redirected directly to the payment system – Mollie. The button and modal window look like this:
If you want several items, use the ‘Add to Cart’ button, automatically you will stay on the same page so you can continue shopping or you can go to the shopping cart to finalize your purchase.
Please note that by default you will not be able to add any item in the shopping cart if you are not registered on Flatlogic website – we will kindly redirect you to the registration page if you try to add the item in the cart without being registered on our platform.
What are my payment options?
To purchase your items you can use:
Credit/debit card issued by Visa, MasterCard or American Express or you can use PayPal.
Payments are made in US Dollars. Be sure to check your exchange rate before buying an item from us.
Paying by PayPal
To complete a purchase using PayPal, simply click 'Buy Now' (single item) or 'Checkout' (multiple items), and then on the payment page select 'Pay with PayPal'.
You will be directed to a secure PayPal page to make your payment through your PayPal account (or with a credit or debit card through PayPal's Guest Checkout option) and then returned to Flatlogic to download.
What to do after you purchase a product from Flatlogic?
Congratulations on purchasing one of the most advanced products on the web and mobile template market.
- Firstly, check your email if you have a download link;
- Secondly, go to your account on flatlogic.com and download your product;
- Then check if you have access to the GitHub repository with the product;
- Then go to the template documentation to start building a product.
What you will get after purchasing
After you buy a product on our website, you will be redirected to the product download page. Our templates can be downloaded in .zip format. You get access to a complete application with source code. Also, if you were registered with GitHub before purchasing, you will also be added to the repository of the product you purchased, where you can download new updates.
What is included in the support?
We provide support for the following questions:
- Answering questions about how to use the item;
- Answering technical questions about the item;
- Item updates;
- License questions;
- License updates requests;
- Help with product issues.
What's not included in the support?
Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the item page. For customization services please contact us with the contact form. Please describe your future project and we will set up a call to clarify your needs.
How do I get an update on the product?
To update your item you just need to have access to the GitHub repository of a purchased item and then download the new version of the product. Please note that after 3 or 6 months (depends on the license you have) you need to buy access to the repository.
To watch the updates of our items please follow the Changelog tab on product description pages or follow our marketing and product emails.
Are Free Products including Support?
Yes, we offer basic support for free products, but please note the support for free products is lower priority than the premium one.
What should I do if I already paid but I don't see the product in my account?
Please check the item in 30 minutes. If still no progress please send us a request and we will try to figure out what exactly happened.
How to redownload items you ordered?
If the order is not attached to your account, go to the download resender tool and enter the email address used at checkout. The email address entered must be the exact email address used at checkout.
Note: Buyers registered with PayPal may have more than one email address associated with their PayPal accounts.
Download limit reached
If you have reached the download limit please send us a message to [email protected] we will resolve this issue.
Problems Downloading a File
Sometimes email servers and clients incorrectly mark an email as 'spam' or 'junk mail'. In order to ensure that your download is delivered without being marked as spam or junk mail, add [email protected] to your desktop or web-based email client's address book.
Problems with the payment
All payments are provided via our secure payment provider Mollie or PayPal. If you have any issues with payment please:
- Check the balance of your card;
- Please check if money actually have been charged;
- You can also send us a request too and we will check with the payment provider too.
How to get an invoice
We send invoices manually. To obtain it, please send the request to [email protected] with the following info:
- Name of the product;
- Price and license type;
- Legal name;
- Date of purchase;
- Address of the company.
Can I get a refund?
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have 24 hours to inspect your purchase and to determine if it does not meet with the expectations raised by Flatlogic.
How to request a refund
Please send us a request to [email protected] with a detailed description of why you need a refund.
What happens after I have requested a refund?
Once you've submitted a refund request, we will review it and may contact you for more information, or try and resolve your issue.
If your request is approved, we’ll let you know. Then we are settling the refund in one of our systems – Mollie and Paypal and according to their rules they processed the money return.
If the Flatlogic support team declines your request, we'll let you know that it is now closed.
If you disagree with the decision, you can send us the new arguments on why you disagree and we will review it once again or you can open the dispute on PayPal resolution center if you bought our template through their platform.
Can I withdraw my refund request?
Sure you can. Please send the following request to the Flatlogic support team.
Paypal disputes and chargebacks
Perhaps you have a question: Will disputing the transaction in PayPal or filing a chargeback speed up my refund request?
The short answer is no. Thus we would enforce you to get in touch with us by creating a refund request before you go to the PayPal resolution center.

The Flatlogic Support team aims to respond to all queries within 24 hours. We do not offer support via live chat. We also don't provide support on our products that are already highly customized.
We can assist with inquiries about:
- If something is broken in our template;
- If you need custom development;
- Flatlogic Account issues;
- Refund requests and refund disputes;
- Copyright procedures, policies and piracy;
- License types.
Guidelines for Item Comments and Ratings
Guideline for comments
- Comments should be related to the actual purchased product;
- Comments should not be abusive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory;
- Comments with hateful speech will be deleted immediately too.
Ratings and reviews can be left as a reflection of a customer’s experience of the item they've purchased.
Our forum is aimed to provide you first-class support and receive valuable feedback in the templates. Don’t hesitate to leave a message on it.
Giving review and feedback on items
- Please open the Review tab on the item you bought/downloaded. For example, for Sing App React it will be this link https://flatlogic.com/templates/sing-app-react/reviews;
- Ratings are divided between 1 and 5;
- All ratings will require some text with it;
- If you have a low rating please describe what happened in detail.
Can I change the product?
Yes, you can. Send us a request with the evidence that you have deleted the previous product and delete access to the GitHub repo and we will send you a new desired product. If the previous product has a lower price you should pay only the difference – in that case, we will send you a custom payment link.
