I want to build one project with these SingApp Template on a single domain. (Do not intend to develop multiple project or services) Is this a persona license or a developer license ? Do I get the source code to modify as per requirements? Thanks

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our templates! If you purchase the template, you automatically become the code owner and can modify it as you wish. The difference is in license types though: if you plan to build a free to the end-user product-- then a Personal Application License is the right fit for you (if you build multiple apps then you need to buy multiple licenses); if your end-user is expected to pay for using your product or purchase services and goods using it-- then the Developer Application License is a must (e.g. you are building a SAAS application).
