Recurring Issue: Version/Backup Generation Still Not Working

Hi, I am reaching out again because this isn't the first time I've reported this issue, and it's still not fixed.

No matter how many times I try to generate a version for backup, nothing shows up in the 'Version' section. However, the chat clearly displays:

Created version with message: V1.1.0 03:27 [INFO] Saved changes – new commit is available in the Dev environment. 03:27 [INFO] Created version with message: V1.1.0

Despite these logs, the version list remains empty. It's getting really frustrating to have to ask for help repeatedly for the same bug, especially when I can't track my backups properly.

Hello Jane,

Thank you for writing again. You were absolutely right to report this again, because the issue was on our side.

We checked your project and confirmed that versions such as V1.1.0 and V1.1.1 were actually being created, but due to a synchronization issue they were not showing up in the Versions section. That is why the chat showed a successful version creation message while the version list remained empty.

We have now fixed the sync for your project, and after refreshing the page the saved versions should appear normally in the Versions section.

We also want to apologize for the fact that you had to come back with the same issue more than once. We are continuing to improve the versioning and synchronization flow so this kind of mismatch does not happen again.

If anything still looks wrong after refreshing, please let us know and we will check it again right away.
