The company has two areas of activity: product and service. The service department is a classical software development business (professional services). Now we are looking for a responsible and passionate Head of services department who will lead this direction.

Experience of managing a separate business unit/department
Understanding of the work of the outsourcing business and experience in companies that sell software development services
Achievement of revenue/profit/employee growth metrics
Understanding of the financial part of the business (risk management, budget planning, financial reporting)
Monitoring the team of engineers and the fulfillment of indicators/requirements of customers
English - fluently (C1+)
Experience in business development/sales is a plus
