Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Support (preferably within the tech or IT industry).
- Previous experience with social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord).
- Fluency in written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to go above and beyond for assigned customer cases.
