Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Support (preferably within the tech or IT industry).
  • Previous experience with social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to go above and beyond for assigned customer cases.
