We are looking for a motivated Video Content Producer & Manager who will independently create and manage our video content for YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, and other channels. This position is open to candidates located in Poland, the EU, Georgia, and Central Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Appear on camera as a host or presenter for talking-head, interview, tutorial, and demo videos when required.
• Edit talking-head, podcast-like, interview, and demo videos.
• Identify engaging moments from long recordings and turn them into short-form clips.
• Create videos from scratch using screenshots, screen recordings, graphics, text, and other assets.
• Produce product explainers, tutorials, and other instructional videos.
• Add subtitles, B‑roll, motion graphics, and other visual elements.
• Adapt content for different platforms and maintain a regular video content pipeline.

We need more than a technical editor who just follows instructions – we need someone who can creatively shape raw materials into great videos and deliver a finished product.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in video content creation, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in video production, including editing skills using AI tools such as Veed.io.
• Hands‑on experience with motion graphics and visual effects for creating titles, overlays, transitions, and animated B‑roll.
• Skilled in repurposing long‑form content into engaging short‑form clips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels, with a solid understanding of platform‑specific formats (9:16, 16:9, 1:1).
• Experience creating explainer videos and tutorials from scratch using screen recordings, screenshots, and static graphics.
• Enthusiasm for appearing on camera and engaging with the audience.
• Ability to manage and develop social media networks by distributing content across all channels, including blogs and social networks.
