Manual QA Engineer (part time, project work)

We’re now looking for a motivated Manual QA Engineer (part time, project work) to join our team. This position is open to candidates located in Poland, the EU, Georgia, and Central Asia.

We would like you to:

  • at least 2 years of experience in testing web & mobile applications (manual testing)
  • writing test documentation
  • ability to clearly and concisely describe defects
  • attentive to details, be responsible in what you do
  • English C1
  • communicative, able and willing to work in a team
  • understanding of client-server architecture
  • design compatibility
  • basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SQL

Requirements:

  • testing a web & mobile application in different browsers/operating systems
  • testing the display of error messages and notifications
  • testing for the correct functionality of all web & mobile application links and forms
  • testing for proper data validation and security permissions
  • testing for proper functionality of third-party services and plug-ins
  • testing for proper performance and scalability of the web application writing checklists and test cases
  • communication with software engineers and customer
  • reporting the testing status to the project manager
  • acceptance testing and regression
