Full‑Stack Growth Marketer
(Distribution + Lifecycle + Partnerships) — Remote
Flatlogic helps founders and devs ship real apps fast (templates + AI + live Dev VMs).
We’re looking for a hands‑on Full‑Stack Growth Marketer who can take one good piece of content and make it show up everywhere—wire up email journeys and small paid tests so that content converts—and find & manage creators/influencers/partners to amplify it.
You’ll work directly with the Founder (records 1 explainer/week) and our Content Marketer (writes blog posts & sends basic newsletters). Your focus: distribution, lifecycle, light PPC, partnerships—and a weekly rhythm that moves “Build your app / Start week” conversions.
What you’ll do (every week):
Turn one weekly explainer into a multi‑channel wave
- Publish/coordinate a cornerstone guide on the blog (editing help available).
- Post a LinkedIn carousel (company) + founder thread (you draft; founder posts).
- Schedule 2 shorts across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X.
- Post a Reddit build‑log version (text‑first, helpful, non‑spammy) in the right subs.
- Write a newsletter blurb and add the guide to the right email drips.
Own the distribution checklist
- Create UTMs, check basic SEO (internal links, schema), request indexing.
- Add the asset to product surfaces (template picker “New”, “What’s New”, gallery).
- Keep a simple tracker of “what shipped, where, and results.”
Run lifecycle/email
- Move us to a biweekly newsletter.
- Build/maintain core journeys: Welcome → Activation (Start Week) → Template license → Top‑up → Upgrade → Reactivation.
- Add a lightweight “Your app this week” digest (progress, not tokens).
Run small, sharp paid tests
- 1–2 tests/week on Google Search (high‑intent keywords) and LinkedIn (sponsored feed).
- Set simple kill rules (pause if costs are off after small spend).
- Try basic landing A/Bs; retarget site engagers with case studies/gallery.
Partnerships & Influencer management
- Build a creator/partner pipeline (YouTube dev channels, LinkedIn creators, newsletters, communities, dev tool partners, small agencies).
- Qualify: audience fit (founders/devs), engagement (not just followers), content style.
- Outreach & negotiate simple deliverables (e.g., 1 video + 2 shorts + 1 LI thread + 1 newsletter mention; or a co‑webinar/guest post).
- Provide a media/asset kit (talking points, demo flow, screenshots, B‑roll, affiliate link, UTM).
- Track performance (views/CTR/“Start week” conversions) and pay/renew based on results.
- Run co‑marketing with dev tools/clouds (co‑webinars, guest posts, bundle offers).
- Affiliate: recruit creators into our 50% / 12‑month referral program; share best‑performing angles.
Keep the community warm
- Post in Discord (#announcements), pin highlights, help run a monthly contest (quality‑scored).
- Reply to comments on LinkedIn/X (you and the founder split it).
You might be a fit if you have:
- Distribution chops: you’ve turned one asset into 6+ placements that performed.
- Lifecycle/email skills: you’ve built simple drip journeys (welcome, activation, upsell).
- Performance basics: you can run small Google/LinkedIn tests with UTMs and matching landers.
- Partnerships/influencers: you’ve sourced creators/newsletters, negotiated clear deliverables, shipped on time, and reported results.
- Social craft: you can write native LinkedIn threads and Reddit text posts people actually read.
- Simple analytics: GA4 + UTMs + a tidy spreadsheet/dashboard.
Nice to have:
- Devtool/SaaS experience (comfortable with terms like Next.js, templates, AI coding).
- Light HTML/CSS for lander tweaks.
- Basic video/text editing for quick fixes (we use a freelancer for heavy lifts).
- CRM for outreach (Notion/Airtable), email automation (Customer.io/HubSpot), lead finders (Apollo/Hunter) a plus.
Tools we use
GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs; UTMs; Notion/Sheets; LinkedIn/Twitter/TikTok/YouTube; Discord; (ESP/automation—happy to use your stack: Customer.io/HubSpot/etc.); Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads.
We also run an affiliate program (50% / 12 months).
How we work:
- Remote, async‑friendly; a couple overlap hours for reviews.
- Tight weekly rhythm: one founder video → full distribution wave within 48 hours.
