LWT's product is designed to empower individuals by enhancing meeting productivity and providing clear visibility into each participant's contributions. The platform aims to create a single source of truth regarding meeting discussions and decisions, helping teams maintain organization, efficiency, and effectiveness. By offering an organized, synchronized approach akin to having a personal secretary, LWT seeks to elevate the quality of discussions and decision-making across enterprises.

Business challenges

LWT faced the challenge of developing a comprehensive meeting management solution that aligns with their vision of improving interpersonal communication and decision-making. The project needed a clearly defined scope, encompassing UI design, database architecture, integration with leading communication tools, and a robust deployment plan. Ensuring seamless user experience and minimum technical barriers while maintaining a high level of customization and flexibility was imperative. Moreover, LWT needed the software to provide functionalities such as meeting analytics, template management, and secure scalability on the cloud.

Solution

Flatlogic partnered with LWT to deliver a tailor-made meeting management platform, embracing a structured development approach to meet all the outlined business objectives. The project was executed in phases, leveraging the Flatlogic Generator for efficient app development.

1. Phase 1: Foundation Development
- Implemented UI component kit.
- Designed the database and ER Model & Diagram.
- Set up the project and established general admin functionalities and account administration.

2. Phase 2: Core Features Implementation
- Developed key features like Home View, Quick Meeting, Regular Meeting, and Meeting Management.
- Integrated Meetings Analytics, Group Management, and Meeting Templates for comprehensive service delivery.

3. Phase 3: Advanced Functionalities and Deployment
- Executed third-party integrations with Assembly AI, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams/Outlook, and Stripe.
- Established Pricing & Billing and Subscription Plan Management.
- Focused on security measures, cloud deployment to AWS or Google Cloud, and QA testing.

The solution used a robust tech stack comprising React, Next.js, Node.js Express, and PostgreSQL. Collaborative workshops refined UI/UX designs to align with LWT's objectives ensuring a seamless user interface that requires minimal training, true to the company's values of simplicity and efficiency.
