Then we create a customer journey map, a diagram that represents the steps taken by user to meet a specific goal.

The main part of the Ideation Deliverables is a user flow diagram, a simple chart that shows what a user need to do step by step with a product or service in order to achieve a goal.

In contrast to the customer journey map, the user flow diagram considers only what happens with your product. These diagrams can help us quickly evaluate the efficiency of the process needed to achieve a user goal and can help to imagine carrying out the great ideas identified through brainstorming.

Next, we create a sitemap. It shows how the content will be organized into “screens” or sections, and how the user may transition from one section of your service to another.
